Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 2026

In plain terms: right now, Aurevia collects your name and email so we can tell you when we launch. That is all. We do not sell your information to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

Aurevia is a women's healthspan education and planning platform based in Ontario, Canada. In this notice, "we", "us" and "Aurevia" refer to Aurevia. You can reach us at contact@myaurevia.com.

This notice explains what personal information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

What we collect today

At this stage, Aurevia is pre-launch. Through our waitlist form, we collect only:

We also collect basic, non-identifying website analytics — such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from — to understand how the site is used.

We do not currently collect health information. We do not ask about your symptoms, your medical history, your medications or your lab results, and we do not store any health records.

Why we collect it

We will not use your email for anything you did not sign up for. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists, and we will not pass your details to another company to market to you.

What we will never do

Consent

By joining the waitlist, you consent to us storing your name and email for the purposes described above. Consent is not buried in a long agreement — it is what the form is for, and this notice is what it means.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send, or by emailing contact@myaurevia.com. If you withdraw consent, we will delete your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until Aurevia launches and you have had the chance to decide whether to join, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you take no action after launch, we will remove your details rather than hold them indefinitely.

How we protect it

Your information is stored using reputable third-party service providers, protected by encryption in transit and access controls. Access is limited to the people who need it to run Aurevia.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever occurs that creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as PIPEDA requires.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party tools to run Aurevia. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Some of these providers process or store data outside Canada, which means your information may be subject to the laws of that country. If we add or change a provider, we will update this list.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email contact@myaurevia.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Aurevia is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

When Aurevia launches

The Blueprint will ask you questions about your health in order to build your plan. That is a different level of sensitivity, and it deserves a different level of care. Before that happens, we will publish an expanded privacy policy covering:

We will tell you clearly before anything changes. We will not quietly expand what we collect and hope you do not notice.

Not medical advice

Aurevia provides educational and planning information only. It is not a diagnostic service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your own health.

Changes to this notice

If we update this notice, we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will email you rather than rely on you noticing.
